Advanced Placement Updates for 2022-2023

As you prepare for the new school year, please see AP Program-related updated below. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding AP Registration and Ordering, AP Classroom, or upcoming events.

 

2022 AP Exam Scores

2022 AP Exam scores are now available for educators in AP Score Reports for Educators and students in the Student AP Scores Website.

 

2022 AP Fall Update

As a reminder, this year, College Board will host the 2022 AP Fall Update virtually in lieu of an in-person AP Annual Conference. The AP Fall Update will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern. Registration information is forthcoming.

 

2022-23 AP Registration and Ordering (APRO)

Information to activate APRO, including school-specific access codes, will be sent to principals and AP coordinators of record starting early August.

2023 AP Exam Schedule

The 2023 AP Exams will be administered in schools over two weeks in May: May 1-5 and May 8-12. Click here for subject-specific AP Exam dates.

  • AP Teacher Week — August 1-4
    • The AP Program will be hosting free sessions that will premiere on YouTube, providing insights into best practices for using AP Classroom resources. Sessions will be about 30-45 minutes in length, and no registration is required. All sessions will be available to watch on-demand throughout the school year.
    • Please refer to attached email for information about each session.
  • AP Classroom Enhancements
    • AP teachers can now create class sections for the 2022-23 school year in AP Classroom.
    • AP Classroom continue to add new features to the tools teaches use most.
    • The attached email lists the enhanced features in the Question Bank and Progress Checks.
    • Encourage your teachers to access the AP Classroom Guide for Teachers at any time for the latest walk-throughs and how-to videos, as well as to stay updated on these new features. They can also contact us using AP Classroom’sHelp menu to get additional support and make suggestions for future AP Classroom enhancements.
