Parking & Entrances:
Attached is a campus map. All spectators and teams will enter through the main gym entrance. Spectators may park anywhere across campus. We do expect a big crowd so be prepared to walk a bit from your parking spot to the entrance.
If you are being dropped off by a bus, they can drop you off right in front of the main gym entrance and continue straight to wrap around our high school by the baseball field and park near the football stadium.
Team Holding Area:
We will be using our cafeteria/senior commons as our team holding area. You may place your props and bags in this area. We will have staff present to monitor the room, however, we are not responsible for any misplaced or stolen items. Only coaches and athletes are permitted in the holding area.
We will have a concession stand open starting at around 8am. Please respect that this is a fundraiser for our program therefore outside food and drinks are not permitted. We do however understand that some coaches will provide their athletes with a “Good Luck” type goody bag which we will allow, but please keep the items in the bag to a minimum.
Teams will be performing to one side of the gymnasium. Please allow spectators to sit on the side that the mats are facing. We are asking any athletes watching that they sit behind the main floor.
You have 3 warm up times.
Your Check In Time is when you will meet outside of the auxiliary gym to be provided with someone who will walk you through the warm up process. You will then be provided 7 minutes on the gym floor to stretch, warm up skills, etc. Next you will have 7 minutes with music as well as a full 9×9 floor if you are cheer. Please have your music in an MP3 Format. If you are playing from a newer iPhone please also bring your own Adapter.
Rick Clark will be our DJ for the event. He is fantastic! You will be required to provide someone to press play for your music during your warm up and performance.
Adults are $7.00
Students/Senior Citizens (65 and up) are $5.00
Children 6 and Under FREE
We only accept cash for tickets. Please encourage parents to come with the exact change or an amount close to it. We are not a bank and are unable to provide change if everyone is coming with a 100 dollar bill. If this is the case, we will consider it as a huge donation and keep the change!
We look forward to seeing you on February 9th!
