Assistant Principal of the Year Award

OASSA, along with NASSP, annually sponsor the Ohio Assistant Principal of the Year competition. Selected members of the OASSA Board of Directors serve as the screening committee for applications. Ohio’s recipient is a guest of OASSA at the Assistant Principal’s Conference held in Columbus.

Ohio’s Assistant Principal of the Year is given the opportunity to compete for the NASSP National Assistant Principal of the Year. A separate application is required, as well as membership in NASSP.
