Practicing administrators, attorneys, and the OASSA staff will discuss student behavior issues in today’s schools. Topics include discipline of special education students, due process law, alternative forms of discipline, bullying/cyber bullying, social media, recent trends and research, code of conduct recommendations, and legal issues affecting student management.
