Qualifications: -Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
-Valid Ohio Principal License.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience.
-Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students, staff, and community members.

Additional Information: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic High School Assistant Principal to join our leadership team at Clyde-Green Springs Schools. The Assistant Principal will support the Principal in managing the daily operations of the school, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

-Leadership and Administration: Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and evaluating school programs and activities. Provide leadership in developing school goals, policies, and procedures.

-Student Discipline: Oversee student behavior and discipline, ensuring adherence to school policies. Work with students, parents, and staff to address behavioral issues and promote positive conduct.

-Staff Supervision: Support the Principal in supervising and evaluating teachers and support staff. Assist in professional development and provide guidance to enhance instructional practices.

-Academic Support: Monitor and support academic progress, including intervention programs and student performance data analysis. Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement strategies for academic improvement.

-Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders. Participate in school events, meetings, and activities to promote school-community partnerships.

-Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff. Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct safety drills.

-Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal.
