The Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent. The geographically large district, which is home to the Mohican recreational area, is situated in the counties of Ashland, Holmes, Knox, and Richland.

The Board is seeking a new district leader with expertise in the areas of instructional leadership, school finance, and business operations. Strong communication skills, transparency, and collaborative leadership are vital qualities for the next superintendent to possess. The successful candidate will effectively carry-out the duties of the role by being highly organized, engaging, and results oriented.

Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village School District covers approximately 119 square miles, and has an enrollment of 949 students in grades Kindergarten through twelfth. Covering a large geographic area, it will be important for the new superintendent to build a strong relationship with the community and its members, including honoring their culture, history, traditions, and values.
