OASSA is partnering with Gruvy Education to offer a new Monthly AI Lab for School Leaders.
These are free, 60‑minute live sessions focused on practical AI workflows for your daily work as a school or district leader. Each month, you’ll see concrete examples of how other principals and superintendents are using AI to save time on communication, HR, and data, with ready‑to‑use prompt templates you can adapt to your context.
Description: This session shows district leaders how to use AI to streamline staff feedback, observations, and follow-up communication from leadership conversations. This is not a “use this prompt to do this” session. This is a “build a system with AI that streamlines these things” session. You will learn how to create repeatable workflows that help leadership teams save time, stay more consistent, and reduce the amount of manual follow-up work that piles up.
Description: Board meeting prep eats up hours every month, between the packet, the report, the talking points, and the summary of what changed since the last meeting. This session shows you how to use AI to draft board reports, turn updates and data into clear talking points, and prepare for the questions you know are coming. You will leave with a faster, repeatable way to prep for board meetings and get those hours back each month.
